He vivido aquí en dirección a 4 años y siempre me han tratado con respeto. El apartamento nunca ha tenido insectos u otros problemas de mantenimiento que no se hayan abordado de inmediato. El servicio de recolección de residuos me resultó extraño al principio, pero he llegado a amarlo absolutamente. excelente lugar para vivir con una gran cantidad de comodidades y servicios alrededor con 2 líneas de autobús principales en la esquina, literalmente. ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

I have lived here for 2 years and the staff here are very friendly. The management has always been attentive to my needs. Plenty of perks to earn points for free upgrades vacations! Love Summit.

I recently visited Summit Ridge Apartments. While I was visiting, the office staff was very knowledgeable, attentive, super kind and answered all of my questions clearly! I was very pleased with their service and will be recommending this apartment complex. I recently moved in and do not have any complaints!

I'm putting five stars because of the effort and progress that is being made by Maria and her staff! Apartments are being renovated, the grounds are being cleaned up and maintained, the pool is serviced, security has improved ALOT, the maintenance team is hardworking and friendly, pest issues are being addressed in a thorough and professional manner and to top it off the office is actually open and the ladies answer the phone!! Thank you Maria and to your team!!! I appreciate all that you are doing to make this truly a good place to live.

Overall, the apartment is affordable and safe place to stay. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wants to move to Tucson AZ without spending too much money on rent.

I just signed my lease yesterday and im so glad I chose this property. The ladies in the office are great. I directly worked with Maria who was so helpful and kind. The apt is exactly what I expected and im really looking forward to living here! They even got me approved and moved in within two days.
