Rental Requirements: Combined gross income that is three times your monthly total rent (before taxes). You must be in good standing with your current/previous landlords. We accept a range of credit scores; a lower score may lead to a higher security deposit.

Security Deposit: Security Deposits range up to one month’s rent. The security deposit is based on an algorithm from the screening results.

Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome. If you have two pets, there is a one time $350 deposit required, in addition to a $25 monthly pet rent per pet. For one pet, there is a one-time pet fee of $200 and $25 monthly pet rent. We have no weight limits or breed restrictions.

Lease Terms: We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 6-14 months. Shorter lease terms may come with an additional monthly premium.
